"This property is just as described. It is clean and well equipped, including little extras like some snacks and water bottles in the fridge. The beds are very comfortable. There are sound machines, tons of towels, lots of places to charge electronics, games, all the things you need for the beach and even a golf cart to get you there. We enjoyed taking the kayaks out and making s’mores over the fire pit. Tracy is a great host and we will definitely be back."

"Everything went well, except the first night someone entered the property walked through the home to the back door and turned around and left. My wife was on the back porch with the dogs. The fact that we would each have our own bathroom was great. It was me, my mother, my sister and son + friend. The home was very well stocked. "Wonderful lay out and space. 4 adult couples easily accommodated. Would book again. Only negative was the rocky uneven bottom landing , especially at night. Loved the golf cart, games and puzzles. A perfect ending to our Christmas vacation"

"Proximity to beach - very good. House pool - very good. Very clean, except for shower in pool area. Living and bedrooms fine, but shared bathrooms inadequate for large group. Two kitchens were a plus, as were the rear decks. A number items in need of repair and the property is in need of some updating. We had a number of electrical issues."
