I had my reservation, but a few hours before my arrival, I got a note through hotels.com that they are unable to accommodate me because they overbooked. "It was my GF first birthday trip staying at Eaton HK hotel and it was truly an unforgettable experience! On the very first day of my stay, I was surprised to find a beautifully prepared birthday cake waiting for me in the room. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made me feel incredibly welcomed and appreciated. A big thank you to the staff Chibi Cheng, who took the time to prepare the cake, your kindness and attention to detail meant a lot to me. I also want to thank the entire team at the hotel for their warm hospitality throughout my stay."
