Since I couldn’t connect to your customer service, so I called the police to settle the case. It was a breach of contract since my contract showed a room with shower and toilet. The guy was very rude and impolite. He is a mess behaving like a barbarian and illiterate. Don’t book this hostel for their target is to cheat your money. For 100 dollars, he can say you have to go down 8 floors to go to toilet. This guy is so poor,so he would cheat you money. The room was definitely not as large as it looks in the picture, and our 2nd bed was a fold out chair they tried to convince us was ... a bed. We also had to pay extra for a private bathroom, so make sure you realize that. There’s no way we were doing shared bathrooms on floor one. Despite that, the bed was comfortable.
