There were a few negative issues during our stays: We booked 2 rooms and one of them were on the 14 floors, we need to walk up a flight of stairs without elevator along with 3 heavy luggages. I need an extension cord for my apnea machine for there were no plugs by the bed and the hotel doesn’t have any extension cord. My bathroom floor was flooded after we came back from shopping and we never turned on the faucet since the morning, after complaining, they sent a cleaning lady to moped the floor and tell me to called if that happened again. The breakfast in the hotel was terrible, the dim sum was worse than the one we brought from the supermarket.
