Dairy Company right by the building, there is always a cheap, convenient, and delicious food option while everywhere in hong kong affordable michelin star restaurants are nor more than a 15 minute subway ride away. Refused to allow me to use their phone outside the lobby to contact Wotif. I had to go and buy a new SIM card to call and email Wotif. Found out that there are no other guest at the hotel. Received an email 30 minutes to midnight after much hassle and I have already booked another hotel to inform me that they received the booking 5hrs late and that they have staff at the reception at 11:30pm!!! I had to pay extra for the prepaid sim, another taxi to the next hotel and also other hotel fee! I now have received the email from Wotif to say that the hotel will not refund but because I am a Wotif loyal customer, Wotif will refund the hotel fee themselves. Who is to cover my other expenses???
