Only location is great No wonders why it as so many bad reviews. Sometimes i dont give much about them but this time, they were all true. The only positive thing is the location. which is great. But its super small, there is no "chill" area,which makes a hostel a good place so you can socialize with others. But, what made me want to leave that place as soon as posible, was the staff, super rude. Specially the lady at the front desk. Never saw any bed bugs or other insects/bugs. Yes, it is a small room, but you get what you pay for. My t.v. and fridge did not work. The blow dryer was very noisy and you could only use it for a few minutes at a time before it stopped working. There was hot water available right outside my room. If you're on a budget and not picky, then you'll be alright to stay here. The biggest inconvenience was having to leave a deposit for your room key and having to make another payment for the "cleaning fee" in HK dollars. Yes, waiting for the elevator was a hassle most of the time. Always a long queue plus a rude lift women cleaner . The night shift Indian man always put up a long face ! No topping of toiletries. Not much moving space inside the room and windows are all lock-up, that including the corridor window. If someone got a cold it will spread to everyone and when there is a fire smoke will kill you first because all windows are closed tight. For those who only need convenience, highly recommend. For the other aspects. Many people walking around without knowing whether they have a room or not. It sits on the 10th floor of a building full of East south Asia and Indian food. Heavy food waste smell. The bathroom doesn't have lock at all.
