The entrance looks nothing like what is shown in the pictures, and there are no clear instructions on how to reach the correct floor. The lack of instructions and the condition of the place gave a sense of neglect, which I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I tried reaching out to the hostel directly to express my concerns, but I never received a response . A complete lack of communication from the establishment. The check-in was in a different section from where you actually stay, which was also apparently the busiest section because it always took about 15-20 minutes to get the elevator which was quite annoying. Also, in the section where I stayed, the elevator didn't reach my floor - the top floor, which was manageable but also annoying lol. If you have tons of bags, you're pretty much out of luck walking up the last floor or two. The room that I rented in particular also had no windows. A big problem was the queue to the elevator, I often took the stairs 10 floors rather than wait for 30 minutes.
