We chose one of the spacious rooms, which was actually three rooms connected. Everyone was comfortable and had three bathrooms. The hotel provided basic breakfast, but some of us sometimes complemented it with a Starbucks at the corner of the street. It’s conveniently located near the tramway, bus stop, and Sheung Wan metro station. Laundry machines are available. The friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable. You can't find much better for the price. The rooms are ok in size, pretty new but not top notch, the beds are hard but still comfy and the staff was fantastic. I stayed on Saturday and think the price was reasonable. I was also able to check in early, which I didn't expect. The comments of the small lifts are true. You may have to wait a few more minutes during the busy check-in and check-out period. The hotel location was great - 5 minute walk to subway, buses, trams, ferries. There are plenty of food and shopping options close by with Central only a 15 min walk or 1 subway stop. The breakfast was very basic (toast, roll or croissant with jam, juice and coffee). It was disappointing to not have coffee/tea/milk provided in the room despite there being a kettle and cups. Hotel guests have to travel down to level 3 to get a coffee and take it back to your room. Our biggest challenge with the hotel was the beds. Both beds were VERY hard. After just two days, our whole bodies ached. Way too hard for us - but perhaps suits other people.
