매우 불편했다. 직원들 교육을 다시 시켜야 할거 같다. 메일을 읽어도 답은 없고 불친절하고,,, 방에 문제가 있어서 와달라니깐 시간이 없어서 못온단다.. 그리고 제대로 된 위치설명, 방의 설명이 없었다. 이 곳에서 자지 않는걸 추천한다.

#### It was An Experience. A Terrible One.

Yes, you cannot expect much from a hostel but, the hostel is not that cheap to begin with. I have paid cheaper for better hostels. This was definitely not worth our money. We booked the hostel for our 3 days 2 nights in Hkg. Day 1, I was given an email telling us to head over to this one building and to key in the pass code to enter the Panda Hostel area but I was not given a room yet. We used GPS to find the way to the building. When we arrived the building we went to the level mentioned and only to be greeted by a rude lady. Saying that we are at the wrong building and our room is in a different building. She had just sent the email to me. So nevermind, I checked my email and then we went to the building that our room is. Reached the placed, and we had trouble unlocking the door. They used this QR code website, which is kinda cool because, technology.. but! It is troublesome! Took a while to enter the room. Day 2, the nightmare began. After a long day outside, we came back to the hostel and well just wanted to take a shower, eat and relax, but the hostel had other plans for us. THE QR CODE WEBSITE DID NOT PRODUCE ANY QR CODE! I kept refreshing the page and all it says was "No Lock". We were locked out for an hour plus. No one to call. The contact shown had no reply, no answers. Walked to the previous building and thank god the boss of the building helped us to contact the person. Her voice was like she just had woken up and she was rude over the phone! BAD PLACE TO GO TO!

#### 無預警之下被換旅館

在無告知、商討之下，被換到天星館，地點離MTR更遠、價格落差、燈積灰罩子還掉一半、洗澡後大積水，住宿經驗非常不舒服，告知業者僅回饋原住宿旅館維修中換到同等旅館（網上仍舊在販賣舒適館的房間，投訴後才拉掉，隔日又繼續販賣，讓人疑問是否真有維修一事），旅遊心情大受影響。

宿泊の2週間前に予約しました。 設備ですが、住所に記載されている箇所から歩いて２分の場所で、マンションの一部屋を区分けしている形態でした。 部屋の中は、ベッドと机、テレビがありました。トイレとシャワーが隣り合わせで、ちょっとなぁと思い使いませんでした。 共有の箇所に冷蔵庫があり、寝る場所と割り切って使いました。

房間小得要命，每次只可能打開一個登機箱，房間站兩個人幾乎無法轉身。廁所都是霉，住3天，第2天有一段時間，全層的人都說沒熱水洗澡，當時是晚上9點多，櫃台已經沒人，都下班了。找不到人。過了1個小時後才有。員工態度差。

一進門就是床 旁邊就是很小的廁所/浴室 沒空間放置行李 大門也只有2個鈎掛起衣物 感覺配套不足 連即用即棄牙刷都沒有 風筒只有一個在走廊共用

#### Decent hostel in heart of shopping district

Very close to MTR station. In the heart of shopping district. Helpful hotel staff who had helped me to locate nearby clinic when I needed one. Not to expect too much on the facilities and cleanliness of the hostel. It is decent for the price cost. Recommended for those traveler who only seek for a place to shower and sleep.

ホステル評価は悩みます 寝るだけの人には、場所は最高だから良いホステル 全室に当てはまらないので参考までに自分の泊まった部屋は、、 部屋狭い（壁にＴＶ、ベットの上で生活、シャワー・トイレ・シンク一緒）、設備悪い（浴室窓カーテン無く隣の家に丸見え、部屋３／４玉切れ）、廊下や部屋の音漏れがひどい、窓壊れ開かず室外機付きのクーラーで効くがうるさい バスタオル、バスルーム使用のスリッパ、バスルームに壁付けのシャンプー・ボディソープのみ ドライヤーは廊下に共用で１つ置いてある

#### Very clean and cozy.

The staff there are friendly and helpful. The room condition is nice and is kept very clean. The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is close to TST mtr, many food places, supermarket and close to a few shopper malls. Would definitely stay here if I ever visit HK again!

#### Acceptable Hostel

The room have a really good view considering we were living on the 11th floor. Service was awesome as we had to check in at 1am due to the flight delay and the counter person was very nice in handling that. Bad: Rooms had Flies issues and the flies keep coming back into the room. Housekeeping can be better as they just make the bed without actually cleaning it.

#### 房間整齊,'shopping魔'必住

如果是shopping狂魔⋯本人推介此旅館超正⋯旅館的地理位置⋯方便到不得了!!⋯但需要訂(中型)房間⋯因為單人的房間,就很難盡情擺放shopping的東西 !雖然設施不能稱之為完善,但床單被捕十分清㓗,房間整體感覺舒服⋯

#### 잠만 자기엔 괜찮은 곳

화장실에서 방으로 물이 새서 방바닥이 물바다가 됩니다. 냉장고가 없어 찬 음료를 먹을수 없습니다. 칫솔, 치약, 샴푸, 바디 등 욕실용품도 돈주고 사야하며, 헤어드라이어기도 없어 준비해 가셔야 하거나 호스텔에서 돈주고 대여하여야 합니다. 그외엔 구룡공원도 잘보이고 멀리 빌딩들도 보이면서 뷰은 좋습니다. 침사추이역과 접근성도 좋아 관광하기엔 좋습니다.

#### Hostel is close to mtr. and shopping centre.

the room is small, and smell like new paint and gas, we open the window to eliminate the smell, the towels had stains but they give us a new one everyday,one pillow was no cover,we asked the front desk and he gave us the pillow case.One of the bed,bed sheet seems never changed.The lady receptionist is not friendly and not helpful, but the two male receptionists are nice and helpful.

예약 쉬트를 보여줬음에도 이미방을 다른사람에게 팔고 나쁜방에 들어가던 환불하라는 억지에 큰낭패를보았고 고객센터에 연락했지만 2시간지나도 해결못해주네요 그냥환불됫으니 끝이라네요.
