With its saltillo pavers and abundance of hand-painted talavera tile, it evokes the charm of the historic La Quinta Resort – which is literally steps away! Explore the grounds once known as “Hollywood’s Playground” -- frequented by Gable, Garbo, and Rogers -- all from the comfort of this 3 bedroom, 2 bath private residence. Custom decorated with original art, vintage photographs, and artisan-crafted furnishings, this townhome is an end unit --affording privacy and plenty of sunlight. The house is across a green space from the local pool and is very well equipped with all the things little boys want to play with. We used the croquet set, the bikes, the scooter, the stroller, the building blocks and the picnic blanket on multiple occasions. Flying in from CO, it was great not having to worry about bringing a pack 'n play or stroller. The crib was easy to assemble and our 2 year old slept great each night. The kitchen is stocked well and allowed us to cook many meals in the unit. Only request would be a few more cutting boards! If you're thinking of staying with your family, this is an easy choice! My 5 year old is already asking to go back! The management company was very communicative and checked in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. We have stayed in this area many times and this particular condo has been my very favorite. The decor is on point….. the master bath was awesome…. The kitchen is has newly been updated and the bedrooms were all intentionally decorated. Cooking in the kitchen was a breeze and we found everything we needed to make a great steak dinner.
