"Overall fine, the room was clean and staff serviceable. The issue was not with the hotel but rather the city and the hotels location in it. Not all umhoused people are issues but our exit in the morning had us loading our vehicle in the hotel parking lot next to a narcotics sale. If I needed to stay downtown I would stay there again but overall I would avoid down town."

"Just stayed here for a night and was a nice stay. Would stay here again if I'm going through Kamloops again. The only downside is that I read reviews on the area of car theft and vandalism and they don't have monitored parking for visitors. My sister and I had to bring in all of our camping gear which wasn't as nice as we just drove 10 hours once we got there."
