"The motel was very clean and comfortable. The only downside was the air conditioning system that was shared between 3 different rooms and controllable from all. It was a cool rainy night in Kamloops but the room was almost 30deg C…if the owners fix this awkward system I would have no hesitation giving a five star review."

"Stayed on the second floor above the bar for 4 nights; the first two were nice and quiet, but on Friday and Saturday the thump thumping of the music went on until at least 12:30 a.m. Earplugs solved the problem, but if you're a light sleeper, you better get a room on a different floor. Worse was the cleaning staff making a lot of noise in the hall at 7:30 a.m. Sunday morning. My room was "tired" and in need of some renovations if it's going to be rated a 3 star hotel, but I consider the value for money to be very good. (Odd that there was no light switch by the door to the room.) The bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff were very nice. Great location in a very cool little city. Lot's going on around the hotel. Had a brand new Keurig coffee machine that couldn't be plugged in to the wall (the cord was 2" long). I didn't bother mentioning it to the front desk though as there was lots of good coffee not to mention a nice basic selection of food at the free breakfast. I would likely stay here again for the price."
