Best hotel I've ever stayed at in Kamloops! Just lovely: very nice! Newly built hotel. Good price. Staff were kind and professional, the hotel seems safe (family friendly), and has a wonderful city view. It also has free underground parking. Booking through Expedia was a breeze! Our room was very clean and comfortable! Housekeeping staff do a wonderful job. We brought our own pillows from home after reading previous reviews. Bed is comfy. The bathroom walk in shower was a treat. The pool and hot tub were nice and the continental breakfast was excellent - hot eggs waffles and sausages with hashbrowns offered too! I hope to stay here again in the future. Only downside was the hottub was out of service on our second night stay.
