HOUSE RULES: 1\. Please respect the neighbours and the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day. 2\. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 6 people. 3\. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal. 4\. Although a maximum of two (2) dogs \[sorry, no cats\] are permitted on the property, we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest\`s name on the reservation. 5\. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest. 6\. Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use, it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on for 20 minutes. Please leave the lid open for 45 minutes and remember to close the lid to avoid turning it into a cold plunge! We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours following the chlorine cycle. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. We were six adults and the spacious bedrooms, luxurious bathrooms, gourmet kitchen and cozy common area were wonderful. The home was unbelievably clean, with tasteful furnishings and decorations. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and cooking utensils, everything we needed to prepare a full thanksgiving dinner. We were impressed that this was a rental property, the little extra pluses such as a wide variety of board games available, state of the art streaming devices, comfy patio furniture and the spacious garage for parking, just to mention a few, truly made it a home away from home. We appreciated that our kids could bring their dogs, making our stay a full family affair. We hope to make the Salt & Stone our go to place for future adventures. ##### Merle P.
