"The hotel was in a great location that allowed us to walk almost everywhere! The room was very nice and there was breakfast available for purchase. Overall, we had a great experience in San Diego and at the Dextro!"

"The front desk clerk neglected to inform us about the $150 per night incidental charges. It was a shock after we saw the charge getting to our room. There was an adult massager for sale with the mini bar that created an awkward situation with our young children! The room was very nice and the location to Petco Park is phenomenal."

"False advertising, stating online when I made the reservation that hot breakfast is served but that was false! Only coffee was available. No grab bars in the shower, no holders to hang towels, no mirror besides the one over the bathroom sink that didn’t drain well. No staff at the registration desk when we checked out. Had to call out for someone to come out. Hallway to our room looked like it has not been swept, stuff on the floor were there when we checked in, still there 2 days later when we checked out. However, we’re thankful that we were given accommodation. Thank you "

"At the last minute they changed my property location to the second Sheraton with the pool under construction. As a result there was no pool for my stay. Also I had a problem with an adjacent person staying that was making a lot of noise at night (and sleeping during the day). I complained to staff and asked to move my room for the final night, but even though there were other rooms available they did not move me. When I checked out they said someone would get back to me about that issue but I never heard back."
