The internet service was unavailable in my room and I later learned the top two floors of the hotel. I had no internet service in my room. The suggestion was to come to lobby and work there as it was better here. This was not a viable option for remote zoom meetings. No offer was made to move rooms. The phone had a sped dial option for internet support suggesting it’s a common and consistent problem. I called and reported the issues using this speed dial option. The reply was “just keep checking to see if it returns”.
Staff was very friendly and the hotel clean and well maintained. Bed was way too soft and uneven.
