They charge $45/night to park one’s own car, which I took bc there were not many options. The first night, I arrived about 8 or 10P and there was NO place to park anywhere! I had to park in a fire lane and hope I didn’t get a ticket. I called the next AM to complain and they apologized and comped me that night. This is the 2nd time I stayed here and it happened the first time 2 yrs prior. So, no improvements were made.

Property is central to Gas Lamp, SeaPort Village, Embarcadero, Piers, and Little Italy, with lots of restaurants and coffee shops. We had a room with a view of the beautiful bay. It was very clean and the staff were friendly. We were there during a couple of festivals and it did get a little noisy but was expected. We would definitely stay there again.

The room wasn’t ready when I got to the room at 4 pm yesterday. They left the vacuum cleaner in the room. Towels were laying in the bathroom. The lady told me to wait in the balcony for 15 minutes and she will get it done.

If you are staying on the Bayside, it is very noisey out side, pretty laye into the night. The onsite restaurant is expensive and not good. I suggest staying in Seaport village or Gas Lamp district.
