"We had seen this property when we were in Hopkins about 5 years ago and knew it was the place we wanted to stay at when we came back to Belize. We could not have been happier with our time at MyanHeaven, a slice of heaven right in Hopkins - a beautiful house with wonderful beds and bedrooms, well appointed kitchen, gorgeous peaceful veranda, feet from the beach, easy walking distance to resturants, groceries, vegetable stands and the Thongs Cafe (great food). We could not have had a more wonderful week in paradise. Many thanks to Martin the property manager who was very attentive and to Katrina the owner. We are looking forward to a return stay."

"We loved the eco friendly concept, and the resort and staff were wonderful. The food at the Rhum Shack was exceptionally good, and our compliments to the chefs. Our room was upgraded due to a birthday, which was appreciated. The beach was fantastic as were the pools. Andrew was the Concierge, and our tour guide on a full day tour to the ruins and cave diving. He was excellent, knowledgeable, and very professional! We enjoyed the tours so much thanks to him."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was beautiful. Our room was clean and really nice with a screen porch that we sat on every morning to listen to the birds. Coming from Colorado we were really hot since there’s no air conditioning but it is a rainforest so we dealt with it, had 2 floor fans and a ceiling fan. Hiking was great, trails are well marked. We did the zip line which was amazing flying at or above the canopy. I have a fear of heights but they make you feel very safe. All staff were friendly and the food in the restaurant was really good. No complaints here!"

"Gorgeous location right on the beach. Cabana was very clean and tidy. Zero issues with critters of any kind. We visited the week of some of the hottest temps on record (last week of March) and were nervous about the lack of AC. The ocean breezes and ceiling fans worked great for keeping us cool. Loved the big porch and spent most of our time there. Host was great about providing check-in instructions well ahead of time and was gracious and responsive during our stay. Cabana is in Hopkins proper, so we definitely got a feel for the local setting rather than the more polished tourist version. Easy walks to well-stocked markets, dinner options, and Thongs Cafe next door had great breakfast and lunch food."
