Hotel staff were very friendly but also clear that need to treat VRBO guests differently and not as "their" guests per se. The kitchenette claim is a little deceiving with this unit as well. "The building was just blocks from the beach, restaurants and food trucks and general stores. It was also, just a 5 minute walk to a Catholic church. Very clean! Comfortable beds! At the end of the hall, so it was quiet with no elevator noise. Beach towels, boogie boards and tube floats provided. Host was very easy to get ahold of when needed with quick response times. Also was willing to go above and beyond when we had our car broken into at the China Walls."

They also said that they change sheets and towels - and indeed they did - but simply dropped off the clean ones in a trash bag and told us we had to change our own sheets. "Overall good - staff (friendly and helpful), location outstanding to Waikiki Beach, shopping, food, and local markets/events. Room clean and sufficient for overnight stay (we were heading out on a cruise next day). Murphy bed was comfortable enough but difficult to get to go back in properly. "Rooms were nice and roomy for our large group. Sofa bed, is well , a sofa bed, fine for smaller guests. Kitchen didn't have measuring spoons or cups. Knifes were dull. Lobby and hallways are kept clean. Rooms where very clean upon arrival. Close walk to beach, parks, restaurants, shopping. Rooms we booked had 2 bedrooms and 1 bath.
