The condo has plenty of room for a family of 6 and there is plenty of space to spread out if needed. Since we previously lived on Oahu, the location was perfect for anyone who wanted to be close to the beach and the restaurants in Waikiki. Having a parking space in the building (when dealing with kids) was a lifesaver. Worth every penny of having a location with a parking space. The lay out was perfect for sharing with our daughter and her boyfriend. Location was perfect for them to head out a bit later and enjoy the night life. The unit appears to be a 1BR unit combined with the adjacent studio, which made it easy to keep privacy between couples. The unit has a city view, but is very close to the beach with easy access to shops & dining. We opted for a 2BR shared condo vs. individual hotel rooms so we could relax together more and the included parking spot, which is private & secure, sealed the deal. The other tenants we met were all very friendly and welcoming to us. We did not have a need for the laundry facilities, but I did check it out. Maybe 10-12 washers & dryers, uses app to pay, but the 2 times I went down, every W/D was in use - it appears by a tenant doing a boatload of laundry. Kitchen & bath were well stocked, and anything you'd need could be purchased within a block. Full-size fridge (with ice maker) and other appliances, but no dishwasher. Unit had beach chairs/chaises available, reusable water bottles, small insulated lunch bag, and everything you'd need for the beach or hiking. Wifi had some minor issues with connectivity at times, but not a big issue.
