Very clean and comfortable, although quite small for a family of 5- but I think this is probably how all properties in downtown Honolulu are as it’s a high rise building. They also said that they change sheets and towels - and indeed they did - but simply dropped off the clean ones in a trash bag and told us we had to change our own sheets.
