"The property was convenient to beaches and Hilo . It was 45 minutes from Volcanoes park . There was snorkel equipment to use . The washer and dryer was appreciated . There is not A/C . It was muggy when we were there , but the fans made it comfortable . The house was well equipped with towels for the beach . The kitchen was well equipped also. There were basic spices and condiments which was appreciated . The welcome note and fruit basket were a very kind touch . Would recommend for a nice stay ."

"Very wonderful place to stay!! Has everything you need at property, The fruit trees in yard was awesome, had dragon fruit, coconuts, bread fruit. "He really enjoyed our stay at this place, everything was clean. The size of the spot was fantastic. We’re a family of six with four kids. They love playing outside and catching lizards. Amenities inside place was great. Kitchen was well stocked thankful for the boogie boards and snorkel equipment and beach chairs. The beds were comfy. The AC was fantastic when we used it. Thankful for a great place to stay. Hilo was an amazing local place with good local vibes and local food. Several great places around Hilo we’re swimming and snorkeling and even boogie boarding. We even did the hike that’s nearby the house towards the coast. Was hoping to make it for a sunrise, but it was always kind of cloudy and rainy. It rained a decent amount which we loved because we’re from California and it never rains. very happy to say that we got the stay that we were exactly looking for!"

"We stayed in the Garden room and found it to be a little peace of paradise all on its own. The host was absolutely fabulous, he would come over in the morning and get the coffee going, gave us an itinerary of events going on for each day of the week. On Monday he hosted a bonfire bbq, with drinks, food, and entertainment. We felt very welcome here. One of the highlights beyond the awesome hot tub in the jungle was the outdoor shower, now I want one at my house. This will definitely be our Hawaii home for every trip to the big island. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay or a better time staying there. Absolutely the best resort I’ve been to."
