I was on my own this trip and felt very safe. My unit had a balcony with a hammock which was wonderful. The air conditioning unit worked great and was silent - so great. The proximity to the water and beautiful side road to walk and run on is great. It was an incredible value and I would absolutely stay here again. Ear plugs were helpful for sleep as there is some noise from the road - not a deal breaker at all.
