"Great location, especially if going to a game but the pool/ hot tub were terribly dirty the entire time we were there. The water smelled awful, had debris in it and the floors were always littered with stuff. They say it’s closed for an hour every day for cleaning but it was clear no cleaning took place. Furthermore both times we visited the pool area there were no towels- we called the front desk multiple times and were told “they would get to it when they could”… both times we left without towels (OVER 30 minutes after reaching out) . Housekeeping didn’t come once during our stay and after asking if we could just have a replenishment of coffee and 2 towels they never arrived. We have stayed here in the past but this time our experience was horrible! Very disappointed "

"Warm welcome on arrival but got the keys to the wrong room. Luckily the person was in the shower so they didn’t see us enter. Not very clean with spilt coffee in the elevator. It was overall ok but the pictures looked much nicer. The bar area had nice cocktails. Will probably stay somewhere else next Vancouver trip. "

"Great location with a quick and easy check in and check out process. The view from the bedroom was pleasant looking straight at BC stadium, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything felt welcoming and thoughtfully prepared for guests. My favorite part was the hypoallergenic bedding and the excellent pillows, which made for a really restful sleep. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay and I would happily return. "
