« Belle piscine infinity avec superbe vue avec coucher de soleil sur Mont Fuji, mais aller très tôt pour prendre une chaise longue, surtout le week-end. Bonne escapade pour échapper à la chaleur étouffante de Tokyo, même si le prix de la chambre durant la haute saison est trop élevé pour pouvoir le faire plus souvent. On peut au moins manger bien et pas cher dans des petits restos sympas à 10 min à pied. »

« Impression très négative. Bonne cuisine, et service soigné, mais hôtel non adapté à des voyageurs non japonais. Tous les informations sont en japonais, et il n'y a qu'une proportion minime du personnel que comprend correctement l'anglais. L'hôtel est présenté comme "sea side ressort" mais si on est pas golfeur japonais on ne voit pas la mer. Etablissement très décevant, vivant sur sa réputation passée, à éviter absolument. »

« 一人旅なので平日の水曜日で予約したらお帰りになるお客さんとすれ違ったが、その日は私一人のようでした。一人だから狭い部屋を想像していたので迎えに来てくれたスタッフの方から食事はレストランと部屋食とどちらがいいかと聞かれ、レストランがいいと答えたが、部屋に入って広くてびっくり。オーシャンビューで素敵なお部屋でした。お風呂も無料貸し切り風呂に行く必要もないほど１人でゆっくり 無料で飲める酒はどうかと思っていたけど種類もあり、酒好きな私は満足満足 しかも部屋と酒を置いてあるバーが近いので夜中におかわりを取りに行くのも気にせず行けた。食事も朝食も良かったです。 翌日、チェックアウトして駅まで来たら、携帯を忘れてきてしまって困っていたら、たまたま駅にミカン狩りのお客さんを送って来た方がホテルに連絡して下さり、ホテルの人が届けてくれた。宇佐美の方は優しい。心も体もほっこりして帰りました。 また伺いたいと思います。 »

"Wonderful stay, highly recommended! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who were professional, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. The room was clean, and very comfortable. The hotel’s location is ideal, close to public transportation yet quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of fresh options. We especially appreciated the excellent service and attention to detail. Every request was handled quickly and with care. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel."
