« Appartement vetuste, les lits grincent, donnant sur la cours d'un bar/concert. Tres bruyant nous avons tres peu dormi car la cours est extremement bruyante. Nous avons loue l'appartment pour 6 personnes mais pour ouvrir le canape lit nous avons du deplacer le lit 2 places. Le canape lit etant tres vieux, le matelas etait tres inconfortable pour nos enfants. Il n'y a que 4 chaises et le nécessaire pour 4 personnes alors que l'appartement est affichee pour 6 personnes. »

« Overall our unit was really nice, but there are a few areas that need improvement: -the pool was not clean -carelessly repaired (non working lights and a fixture falling down) -front entrance door really loud/can hear it slamming -other units partying -check in was not as simple as I would have liked »

« Indeed, it is without hesitation that we would rent in the same place. We had the chance to chat with the owner, and he took great care of us. If something was missing from the house, we just had to let it know. Which, in fact, was not really the case. I also liked the location for the proximity to the tram. »

« Lovely sun filled spacious apartment. Walking distance to Beale Street and very close to Main Street trolly stop. Opposite the Lorraine Hotel with the Neon sign..quite amazing to be so close to history. Good Fortune Company restaurant a good find and close to Gus’s World famous chicken! Communication very good. « Wasn’t able to find password for wifi or key fob. Shower half way worked and clothes were in the dryer literally from 10pm until close to check out neither load got dry. Had to take wet clothes on the plane. »

« If you need a spot to house many people and be a short uber drive to Xcel arena or downtown St Paul this is the place. Highly recommend Brunson's Pub and Caydence Records and Coffee. If you want to venture a little farther Surly Brewing is a awesome place »

« Great location! The property manger was so attentive and made wonderful recommendations for things to do. Loved the free wheelin bike tour! The location is steps from everything in the quarter. Definitely could hear the loud music at night, but that’s totally worth it for the location and the well kept place! Very happy with everything about our stay. »

« Photos don't do it justice. This was the perfect place to stay for me and my family during my college graduation weekend. The accommodations are a perfect balance between chic, cozy, and modern. There was plenty of space for all 5 of us to spread out and relax. We never felt like we were crowded or had too little privacy. « L'endroit est coquet et propre, il y a tout ce que nous avions besoin a l'exception peut-être d'un grille-pain que nous aurions aimé avoir. Il y a les air climatisés des voisins qui occasionne un certain nombre de décibels pour ceux qui ont le sommeil léger cela peut-être un inconvénient, pour nous ce fût correct.
