« Very easy check in to this very clean 1-2 person unit 1/2 block off Duval and next to Hemmingways. You can walk to about ecerything but we rented a golf cart frin Crist at Blue Sky Rentals and saw it all. Had our morning coffee on the secluded back pario area and then were off. »

« Overall we really enjoyed it here. Pros - location is great, its a block off Duvall which is nice for access to lots of shopping, restaurants. Some more positives - very easy to check in, and we were allowed a late check out to accommodate our later flight time was awesome. The property was clean and each bedroom had its own bathroom which was very nice. It was myself, my husband, and two kids (18 and 17 YO). Cons - since the property was right off Duval street it did get a little noisy late...

« Everything was new, which was a plus, coffee maker was great, took awhile to figure the how the stove top worked and had some problems with the front door opening (probably the deadbolt receptacle needs to adjusted) but the host help straighten things out, so not a deal breaker, communication was very good. Probably would be a good idea to provide instructions on the stovetop, door issues and how the TV works, which was not user friendly to us anyhow. As a place to stay very clean and modern,...

« This room is very very very small for two people. The pictures look spacious but at 115 SQ ft it is extremely tight for my wife and myself to move around. There are two stools but you couldn't pull them out away from the bar/table to use at all. The bathroom is very tight as well with hardly any room to brush your teeth or dry yourself off. It also showed some where and tear and could some paint touch-up. »

« Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such an incredible experience at the Penthouse at the Guest House Inn. Even before we arrived, the communication from the property managers was amazing. Next, we were offered a complementary shuttle service to pick us up from the airport....

"Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet établissement avec vue sur la baie. Vue dégagéé sur la baie,petit coin terrasse avec des chaises et une table et un hamac,idéal pour se relaxer. La route est assez proche mais le bruit est supportable. Chambre simple mais bien organisé et propre. Parking devant chaque chambre,proche de la piscine et du resto pour le petit déjeuner. Nous avons loué des vélos au kiosque devant l’hôtel,le jeune qui s’est occupé de nous était vraiment gentil et aux petits soins pour le réglage des selles et explications du freinage qui se fait avec les pédales et non pas au guidon. En resumé,un séjour agréable "
