It was a great location and felt very safe. There were some issues though…. We arrived and realized the ceiling was leaking from the AC in the middle of the hallway when you enter. Maintenance came fairly quick, but they said nothing could be done. The downstairs toilet was having plumbing issues and did not flush. Lastly, the dryer (which I understand is an extra amenity) took 3 cycles to dry our clothes. I asked for a partial refund for the inconveniences and didn’t get a response. ##### Alexandria T.
