"Said parking was available… no parking was available. Had to go across the street that was expensive for two nights so overall value for the money is not there if you don’t have parking. The crazy thing was there was parking all around the building that was open, but we weren’t allowed to park there. The beds were absolutely horrible and extremely uncomfortable. It says 4 adults but it’s really only for 2 pictures are deceptive…we couldn’t get the temp to go below 75 the entire time so it was...

"Our stay started off bad . The key was not left where the check in instructions stated. After an hour of waiting in the car with my kids , a help ticket , and a few phone calls to the help line we finally got different instructions and retrieved the key . Once the apartment was accessed, my child took a shower and the apartment smelled as if there was a sewage leak. We basically treated all the drains in the house with hot soap and water and the smell went away . I did enter in a few help...
