« Unfortunately, our experience was significantly negatively impacted by a lockout situation during the stay. While the situation began with a lost key on our end, which I acknowledge was our responsibility, the ultimate frustration was that we were unable to reach the host for assistance from approximately 6pm until nearly 2am despite repeated attempts to contact him.
