"It was just ok. List of issues and inconveniences include: communication with the host was unreliable, a horrible smell the whole stay and asked to check it out but no one to assist on the weekend, hot water tank not plugged in, and toilet seat was falling off. The place was listed as brand new and I want to believe it was but a few things made me question that. Our sheets in one of the bunks were very rough and not soft. The living room with one television could have used another small sofa...

"Over a thousand dollars for one night, and I had to take the sheets and pillowcases off of the bed myself, be my own house keeper, and walk to the car and back multiple times for an inefficient parking pass system. Crazy. If you want to get some steps in and walk for a long time, it might be worth it. We had to walk to the boat to get the pass, back to the car to put it on, and back to the boat to sleep. Then back to the car to get the pass in the morning, back to the boat to return it, then...

"We really enjoyed our stay. The floating house was clean and well organized. We enjoyed the patio space with a hot tub and outdoor fireplace. The owner was quick to respond with any questions. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The houseboat provided a unique place to stay for a guys weekend in Knoxville. The houseboat was very clean and well stocked in case you forgot anything. Use of the golf cart is a definite plus for loading and unloading cars from the parking area. "
