The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean and the house was just the right distance from Knoxville and close enough to the Great Smoky Mountains for a day trip there. Elizabeth was friendly and responsive and very helpful in recommending what to do and see in the area. I especially loved the screened in deck. It was a peaceful way to start and end the day, and we saw lots of birds and deer come through which was neat. The cabin is old on the outside and could use some updating but the owners have done a great job on the inside. There were a few minor things that needed attention but nothing that stopped us from having an enjoyable stay. My kids loved the new hot tub and went in every day! The layout of the cabin was PERFECT! As for the driveway, yes it’s a bit steep but once you get the hang of it, it’s not as bad as it looks. The top could be bigger for turn around purposes but it worked for us and our 2 vehicles. The property is a 15-20 minute drive into Knoxville so plan accordingly. Overall, we enjoyed our time and the owner was very responsive during our stay! ##### Diana D.
