Bed was very comfortable, really has everything you want or need. And the shower… the best. No words. The only issue we had was check-in and wifi instructions were wrong. Our flight didn’t get into Knoxville until 12:30 am so we didn’t get to the property until after 1 am and the property manager wasn’t available. We finally figured it out and were able to access the property but it was a long process. The manager apologized- but verify your access details BEFORE you get there if you are arriving late. We didn’t have interaction with the property manager other than a brief apology for our inconvenience so can’t vouch for how helpful they are. Otherwise- highly recommend! ##### Lora C. We enjoyed the warm 60 degree temperatures with long walks at the nearby UT Botanic Gardens and enjoyed sitting outside on the property courtyard. This place is a hidden gem. Tucked away but very convenient to downtown and campus. Very spacious apartment and well stocked and kept. We loved that it had 2 king beds as opposed to queens.
