"The staff was super friendly, the rooms were huge and very clean, and the convenience of the restaurant and bar on site was exactly what I needed after a long day of driving. "

Crowne Plaza Knoxville Downtown University by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Except for navigating our way out of the parking garage, the entire stay was WONDERFUL! Everything there was so clean and luxurious. The staff were all accommodating, knowledgeable and courteous. The bed was great, but the pillows were the most comfortable I've ever slept on! "
Magnificent 70' Houseboat with Roof Top Party Deck Walking Distance to DT Knox
10/10 Excellent
"This is a great retreat if you are looking for a little relaxing time. We enjoyed the covered top deck the most, watching boat traffic and the Greenway joggers and bikers. The boat is very well furnished, even with items you may have forgotten to bring along. Very thoughtful owners have made this a pleasant adventure. My only advice for potential renters is to understand this is a boat at a marina which requires a little more agility than a hotel. Steve C."
"The Oliver Hotel is a charming step back in time with modern conveniences. We loved the personal and friendly nature of the staff. The choices for local food was great, especially the Creperie. The small shops close by made for a fun shopping experience. Driving back and forth to UT was a breeze. The only negative was that the Market park was unwalkable in the evening due to homeless individuals. "
"Great location to explore downtown! Friendly and helpful staff. Well kept property and clean. Great rooftop bar for when you are tried from walking around downtown and would like a night cap. Would 100% book again!"
"This hotel was wonderful! We felt comfortable because it was clean, the maids did a wonderful job! The area is sort of a college town, bars, and such. It has a good vibe but our view was of the alleyway and saw a few weird things outside. But the inside was great and so were the employees, speedy check in included!"
"We had a great short stay at this hotel in Knoxville. All the staff, from the front desk to the valets, were kind and helpful. Our room was clean and well appointed, the breakfast was good, and everything was clean. "
"I specifically was looking for a hotel without carpet because hotel carpet is disgusting. Very nice update room. Very clean bathroom and loved the provided shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Very luxurious."
