"Great area, good air conditioning equipment and tv's etc. The basement has the 2nd washroom, water didn't work except for the shower so hopefully that gets fixed soon. WiFi password on the modem was old so I had to contact to obtain the actual password, hopefully that also gets updated. Some of the towels had stains on them which is not a problem to me since I brought my own, but my brother was using it so that was a little disappointing too. Otherwise I'd say it was a great stay for the price...

"We had a great visit with lots of space to hang out, play games, watch TV and cook. The house is well-equipped with kitchen items, towels, bathroom items etc. Location is close to beach, LIRR and tons of restaurants & shopping. Super convenient! We enjoyed our stay and would consider renting again, esp in summer months. "

Messaged them several times and I have not gotten any response nor have I gotten my money back and it has been days now with no response. Apartment was filthy, beds were used and not cleaned, bunch of appliances didn’t work, found a towel with stains potentially from bodily fluids.DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS. "The house was very nice but not very clean.. there was no toilet paper or hand soap in the bathroom.. there were four balls of dog hair in the corners we were told we can check in by 2:00 and we ended up sitting around till 5:30 to get access.. owner stated that the cleaning crew was cleaning the apartment which was false.. it was being cleaned by the owner who apparently lives there as I was told by the neighbors... I heard a lot of horror stories from the neighbor's about this house... I...
