" Our stay was excellent. The staff was very professional and friendly. Jeff the doorman even arranged for our trip back to the airport, watched our bags between checkout and our flight and was overall extremely helpful. The front desk staff helped with any issue we had including getting a fridge set up in our room when we saw we didn’t have one originally. The location of the hotel is also very nice and there is plenty to do within walking distance and the staff is very helpful in helping you figure out what to do or how to get where you need to go. There are many very nice restaurants within walking distance as well. The rooms are nice. We booked 2 rooms during our stay and the one bed room was quite a bit smaller than the 2 bed, but I suppose that’s to be expected. But they are clean and comfortable and have about everything you need including shampoo, soaps and lotions."

"Great Location !! Kept fairly clean we just had issues with our bath tub drain but besides that our stay was extremely pleasant. They give you a $15 credit daily to use in the cafe we stocked up on water and other drinks for the fridge, great perk ! We will be back"

"I loved my stay at Hard Rock Hotel. The bed was very comfortable. I paid extra to be on a high floor, the view was worth it! The features I enjoyed: -Being able to cast to the in room tv -The lux cotton robes -Turning on a red or green light to indicate whether you don’t want to be disturbed or your room serviced -The Sessions Restaurant~ it was my birthday and you get a free drink and free cake+ice cream. They even sung me happy birthday. The menu selection is amazing. -Rooftop bar with amazing views. -Workout gym was top notch -All of the memorabilia from music legends -How helpful the front desk and concierge were I would definitely stay again."
