It is clean, has comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. We had good communication with the property manager. Plenty of heat and hot water. Did have an issue with the heat not working the first night (and ACs are left in the windows so it gets drafty), but they came and fixed it the next day.Kitchen appliances were updated and in good working order.No sign of bugs or rodents. One basement room did have a small area of a water leak against the wall, but the room was still usable. Overall it was a positive rental experienceOur 3 generation family was quite comfortable during our stay. Thank you! ##### Laurie S. There was a horrible smell upon arrival, the house was cold, we had to reach out to the host to get it resolved. However it only lasted one day. The next day, the heat was off again. We saw roaches in the upstairs bathroom. Just minutes from JFK, short drive to Flushing Meadows and LaGuardia. Had a good time with extended family. Comfy beds, furniture. Some small hiccups in a newly refurbed place and first-time rental, for example, soap, salt-pepper, and 3 fun functional restrooms items should help. Owner went out of their way to hurry construction/repair, helped with early checkin and had great communication throughout.
