Special touches like the daily delivery of port wine and sweet treats to our room made us feel incredibly pampered. Stunning Accommodations: Our room was spacious, pristinely clean, and elegantly decorated with a perfect blend of modern luxury and historic detail. The Caudalie toiletries were a high-end bonus that we thoroughly enjoyed. The Wine Experience: For any wine lover, this is a dream. The daily wine tastings with a knowledgeable sommelier were both educational and fun. The in-house Federico restaurant also served one of the best dinners we’ve had in Lisbon. Prime Location: You couldn’t ask for a better spot. Situated at the intersection of Chiado, Bairro Alto, and Príncipe Real, we were within walking distance of the city’s best shops and restaurants. Plus, the views of the Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara right across the street are breathtaking. If you are looking for a luxurious, well-curated stay that feels like a "home away from home," look no further. We cannot wait to return!"

"Genuinely don't understand why this place is rated so high. I would not have stayed here if I knew what it was like. My room smelled disgusting and had mold in the shower. I left part of a cup of tea out overnight and by morning it was literally swarming with bugs. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls. Gross."

"Hotel is setup across 2 buildings and we were in the building up the street from reception but this wasn’t an issue. The room was clean and we had a view onto Rossio Square but being on the 4th floor we didn’t hear any traffic noise. Breakfast was good and it was quiet on both mornings."

"This is by far the worst Sofitel I have stayed at. The property is dated and dark. Rooms are small and staff are not helpful or welcoming. In my room, safe was not open, hand wash and conditioner bottles were empty and body wash pump was broken. The HVAC was not working and the room was unpleasantly hot. The mattress was damaged and uneven. My visit was short before an early flight but I could hardly get any sleep due the room condition. I would not recommend staying at this hotel."

"Exe Liberdade is such a nice hotel, polite staff always able to help or give u advices. Options in breakfast so good, delicious!. Room always cleaned, cozy and nice bathroom. I felt like I was at home. Shops, restaurants, bus stops, and big avenue Liberdade is closeby. So u can walk around to feel yourself part of Lisbon. 100% recommended "
