We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sofitel Lisbon Liberdade and would happily return. The accommodations were beautiful and comfortable. The staff was professional, friendly and responsive. We opted to dine in the hotel restaurant for our last night in Portugal and were feted to an exceptional gourmet meal. Every bite was delectable. The maitre d', Edgar, and all the servers treated us like royalty, providing us with first class customer service. We had an early flight the next morning and the staff brought a pot of coffee and croissants to our room at 5:00am, before the kitchen was open. Again, the customer service was superb.

The staff are very helpful. The hotel is nice and is located in a great area that is walkable to so much. The beds are nice. Our only comment is that the bathrooms are small but we'd still recommend it - and we already have stayed there twice!!

Lovely hotel but ventilation for hotel not functioning properly- room temp was 26 degrees. We had to move rooms where the temp was slightly better despite window open and fan.Some staff great others not that helpful.
