Torel Palace was truly magical and with the planned expansions will only be getting better. Our room had a beautiful stained glass window, hardwood floors, and we slept so well on the mattress. Loved the sun beds, the new snack bar, and both restaurants on site are exceptional. A beautiful, quiet stay that truly made our vacation.

The hotel was just beautiful from the minute you came through the gate. The views were stunning and pool, bar, terrace, restaurant and all the tram were just fabulous. Service was brilliant yet unobtrusive. I’m not a fan of a breakfast buffet but have to say it was very well done, maintained and options were excellent for all tastes. Restaurant was stunning in the evening as sun went down in the terrace. The airport transfer was seemless, would highly recommend. Thank you all for a gorgeous stay, we never go back to the same place as feel the world is such a big place but we will definitely come back here!

This hotel is just perfect - it has large apartments with lots of amenities (washing machine, pool, full kitchens, restaurant, 24 hour staff....) We are from Canada, and I was traveling solo with my 9 year old. The hotel was so helpful in helping us arrange for food when we arrived, activities while we were there, and easy check out, restaurant bookings- it was such a great stay! The breakfast is amazing - we wouldn't stay anywhere else if we ever return. Thank you to all the staff!
