« Beautiful property up in the mountain with excellent views that’s only a 10 to 15 minute drive to downtown Blackhawk and to the Golden Gate State national park. Also only a 40 minute drive to Red Rock amphitheater. The host Rowdy answered a few questions quickly as we arrived earlier than anticipated, he let us check in an hour early and was accommodating with quick responses. Would highly recommend this peaceful property! »

It worked great for two couples each having their own bedroom and bath. We had a minivan for June/July which worked fine but a 4x4 during the fall through spring would be highly recommended!! »

« Property is clean but dated. No air conditioning. Nice kitchen. We enjoyed our stay but it was noisy. We could hear the people next to us and above us. Our son slept on the pullout sofa and neighbors left their porch light on all night making it hard to sleep. Room darkening shades would solve this issue. »
