It comes fully equipped with everything needed to make your stay perfect. The house sleeps 8 with three bedrooms which include a Queen, a double and 2 single bunk beds. There is also a Queen pullout for additional sleeping space. The Entire Home Other amenities include a washer/dryer and WiFi. There is a TV for movies but no cable or satellite. The DVD player is a blue-ray. There are two fireplaces to enjoy after a day of hiking or shopping along with a gas BBQ for outdoor cooking. Sit on the deck in the morning with coffee or really anytime of day/night to enjoy the views and the wildlife. The Estes Park area has an abundance of wildlife including elk, mule deer, fox, coyotes and bears -- enjoy from a distance. The house is located on the Mocassin Bypass near to town (within a few minutes). The hospital, and Fun City amusement park all within walking distance. The cabin was comfortable, warm when we needed it to be warm, without even using the fireplace, and would cool off easily with open windows and a fan, (if it heated up during the day). We loved coming back to the hot tub every night after sightseeing, hiking, and ATV rental adventures. We cooked in the kitchen most mornings and some dinners, using the stocked kitchen essentials, (and a few extras such as coffee, some seasonings, filters for the drip coffee maker). Also included are kitchen dishwashing liquid, hand soaps, shampoos and conditioner for bathrooms, laundry detergent and fabric softener. Plenty of towels for hot tub and bathrooms, as well as extra blankets. The views were amazing!! We loved sitting out on the deck and downstairs patio soaking it all in. Loved the visits from the deer around the cabin as well as elk nearby. It is a short uphill drive on a single track gravel road (shared with only 2 other houses) from a paved road, and then uphill on the house driveway to park right outside (you have to reverse back down). The house is comfortable and clean, with modern household appliances. I particularly enjoyed the coffee-maker, best out of the 4 houses I have stayed in on my 3 week trip! ##### Anne W. We were there in April and had a severe storm system came thru that covered the tops of the mountains in heavy snow. The wind gust would reach 100 mph. The property is clean and a picture window with an unobstructed view of the mountains and the valley below. Located just up the hill from Downtown Estes, but far enough away that it is quiet. The kitchen had all the dishes, pans, utensils, etc that you would need for your stay (although all the knives were dull so you may need to bring your own if you want to cut meat). A couple of recommendations: - Have an AWD/four wheel drive If you are visiting in the snowy season. The roads getting to the property are steep and can be icy. - There is a TV for DVD's, but if you want to watch any live tv, bring something that can stream and connect to an HDMI cable. It's nestled on a hillside with a gorgeous front deck view of Rocky Mountain National Park.
