"Room was clean and quiet. Marginal breakfast for us as we were going to do the Manitou Incline and the selection was very limited. Fine if you were planning on eating lunch early."

"Historical property dated and seems like they were surviving on their legacy not on service, granted there property is torn up by a construction project. Room we were assigned had scaffolding blocking view from both windows and construction equipment breaking up the bed rock right outside. We were assigned a different room. It’s outrageous that they would even rent that room even to Expedia discontinued customers. Also room have portable free standing AC units which are vented by flexible conduit through a piece of plywood wedged into a partially open window. I could go on and on. Huge disappointment on many levels. Don’t stay here."
