We will definitely return. This property has so many unique features all around the property. We were right on the river and it was so peaceful. This property is well maintained and has several options for accommodations. We loved our stay!
Clean, well-maintained, and well-stocked rooms. Extremely close to RMNP, which helped us enter the park promptly due to the timed entry requirement at RMNP. We loved the fact that the bathroom has a separate temperature control from the bedroom’s. Staff were kind. We look forward to staying here again in our next trip to RMNP.
We loved our experience at The Inn on Fall River! The location was perfect, about 2 miles from the Fall River entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. The Inn is a short drive to downtown Estes Park for shopping, dining and much more! The property was scenic and well maintained. Our suite was fabulous, including the two-sided fireplace! Not only would I stay there again, but we have already begun talking about returning during the same week next year!

Clean roon, staff are nice hot tub is very good. The only concern is the bed is not comfortable.
This place was amazing. Perfect location for going to town or go into Rocky Mountain National Park.
One Inprovement that would make it perfect would be better internet.
The location was excellent, great views. The only downfall was the construction going on next to our building but the bar and the room was great.

Room itself was clean and comfortable. Our room was right next to the bar where they have live music every night which was very audible as we were relaxing in our room after a long day hiking. Not ideal. There is also a lot of junky broken furniture around the outside areas which makes it look pretty shabby on the exterior.
Very clean and comfortable room. Being close to Fall River was cool and calming. We loved the bar and live music. And it was nice to have a food truck on site. Location is perfect for a trip through RMNP. Would definitely stay here again.
Loved the property. Very clean, streamside suite was beautiful. Jetted bathtub was perfect after a long hiking day. Very convenient to town and RMNP. The construction of their new Dreamview suites is nearly done so we did not experience any negative impact from that. Would stay here again. It was very comfortable with the WIFI, laundry, streaming services, kitchenette, and fireplace.
We loved having deck overlooking the river. The sound was great for sleeping. Full size coffee pot and toaster was great. We also enjoyed the bar with live music in the evening. Hot tub and infinity pool very nice. Our unit had stairs to climb to get into. This is not unusual for the area. However if stairs are an issue, suggest you check with hotel and get advice about which units are best.
This was an excellent find in Estes Park. The rooms was great and it is right on the river. The location has a bar and live music area which was a great surprise as well. Will be going back.
The property is easy to locate, and the staff is great to work with. We had a beautiful river view from our balcony. Every evening that we were there, Wednesday through Saturday, they had a patio bar party from 5 to 9 with live music and games. You can buy drinks at the bar. They even have a kit to make s'mores with by the fire.
Wonderful property! Right next to a river flowing down from the national park. Very clean, well maintained, and the staff was excellent. Highly recommend this place.
I would a million percent recommend the Inn. The staff was great and we really enjoyed the live music. It was very clean and looked brand new. Would definitely come back.

Balcony right on the Fall River and by the bridge light show. Easy access to the east gate of Rocky Mountains National Park.
No meals on the property; have to drive elsewhere to get meals.
Don’t be fooled by the motel-esque appearance of this establishment. Yes the rooms are old and could use an upgrade but they are very clean and were so convenient for our family. There were dishes, silverware, a toaster, freshly ground coffee, microwave, dish soap, several towels , all toiletries. And it was spotless, the beds were comfortable.
The first night around 9 there was really loud music and us and several guests were confused but the next morning we asked them to not do their light show at that time because we have little kids and they listened! We really appreciated that. The main office has games and books and refreshments. And the sound of the river is absolutely what makes this place worth all $$$ it costs.
