View and hot tub were the highlights. Plenty of bedrooms with great common area to gather to play games and eat. Downstairs three bedrooms share a full bath, but nice that the loft area (4 bunk beds) has its own bath too.

Mont Blanc is a great home! Wonderful location that is quiet and relaxing with incredible views of the surrounding mountains. Also very close to all the activities in Estes Park and RMNP.
