We chose it so we could walk to Mile High Stadium for a soccer game, and it took less than five minutes. If you’re planning to attend a concert or sporting event, this is a perfect spot. « Très bien situé cependant le tapis est très vieux, les chambres ont besoin d’être renouvelé. Les meubles , tables et chaises devront être changé. Les divans dans le salon sentait la cigarette. Il y a un grand manque des accessoires de cuisine, et serviettes. La cuisine et salle de bain sont fraîchement rénové et l’emplacement est bien situé. Je ne reprendrais pas cet établissement. »

« The unit itself was perfect. The common areas were a lil brat up and trash pick up was slow. Trash tended to pile up in the common areas. Not the most sound proof but fine overall. Could hear neighbors above walking. Could hear the street traffick and bar across the street. Loved that you cld open the windows for fresh air and the patio view of the city was awesome! »

« Very welcoming home. Decorating was lovely and house supplied with everything needed…even special treats were left for guests. This is one of the nicest VRBO’S I have rented. Will definitely be back. Host was easy to reach and personable. »

« The condo was very well stocked, conveniently located, and had nice amenities. We stayed for a week in winter while snowboarding at Winter Park resort. It was a short drive to the resort (free public transit also available). The condo was spacious, comfy, and had everything needed in the kitchen. It is close to the clubhouse which had laundry (credit card/app), a nice gym, and pool/hot tub. Definitely pay attention to the directions provided by the host as GPS usually takes you to the wrong...

The front desk was awesome and Beaver Village is a beautiful place to stay tucked up and away from the busyness of downtown.We stayed here last summer and this is our new go to place!
