Once inside, we found the house in a filthy and unsafe state. "Russel helped us move from the elderly/disabled room to a regular room. We requested for a room close to the elevator but gave us a room for wheelchair assisted people. The lady that checked us in saw that we are both able people but she gave us a room for the disabled. Need to train that lady that checked us in. "
