"The best stay! We were very comfortable, enough space for the family of 4. Yosa responded within 2 minutes on all inquiries. I mean, I can’t explain it. You just have to experience it yourself. "Yosa will not respond to messages and will take questions that you may have while staying there as "complaining". Our stay was not a home away from home stay, there was no heat in the living room and kitchen area and bedroom in that section of the house. The bedrooms on the other end of the house gets hot while the other end is cold. Two days later after I kept mentioning the heat, she had someone bring over a brand-new space heater but did not work. The issue was there is a set of train tracks in the back of the house and the train runs every 30minutes to an hour. Also there was renovations going on at the house in front of the home that we were in so workers were there almost everyday, so there was no privacy.
