Bienvenue! Welcome to Chateau Pine Ellicottville.
From our family to yours, we've got the right place for you.

If you're into skiing like we are, Holiday Valley and Holimont are a 5-minute drive away. Got kids? Open the back door and let them play. Basketball, Tennis, Volleyball, Soccer, Baseball, Playgrounds and a Skate Park are right in our backyard.

Ellicottville's many shops and restaurants are walking distance, or a 3-minute drive away.

Our place:
We are new owners of an established short term rental. We strive to continue their success with many updates including new furnishings and appliances!

Parking:
We have two spaces right in front of our place. The spaces are deep enough to fit up to 4 cars when parked back to back.

The kitchen:
All appliances are new (except the dishwasher), and fully stocked for cooking necessities. Keurig and drip coffee machines are on site. We've also got a crock pot if you're letting chilli simmer while you're on the slopes.
We've added a commercial ice maker to keep the drinks cold. Just turn it on and let the magic happen.

Bedrooms:
We have two queen beds and a kids fun room featuring games, bunk beds and a slide! (It's removable if your kids are too young or too old for it).
There are smart TV's wall-mounted in all bedrooms with Roku.
We have a pack-and-play, baby gate and a booster seat for the little ones.

Living Room:
Wood burning fireplace with a 55" wall-mounted smart TV, with Canadian satellite TV :)

Dining room:
New dining table from Ashley Furniture with built-in storage and a bench that fits 2 adults or three kids comfortably.

Outside:
Convenient storage for your skis is available in the ski locker at the front of the house. Deck/Patio/Fire Pit/Cornhole. There's a deck box with a few things for the kids to do as well. The deck is NOT guaranteed to be cleared of snow during winter months.

Smart & Security Devices:
>There is a smart display in the kitchen for some background tunes.
>We also have security cameras at the front and back of the property.
>We have smart smoke and carbon monoxide detectors on both floors.
>We have a smart thermostat we use to warm up or cool down the house remotely before guest arrival. Guests have full control over the temperature.
>Both front and back doors have smart locks for your convenience.

Birthday Ski Vacation
This property is cute as a button! It is as lovely as it shows in the pictures. The host was amazing at quick responses to any questions I had prior to and including the trip. We arrived to a surprise bday basket with complimentary celebration treats. The unit was well stocked with all the condiments and sundries right diwn to the hot chocolate bar! We also enjoyed all the board games available to adults- children. Checkin & out was seamless. My only suggestion would be to add a few clothing hooks in bedrooms and back of washroom door. Thanks Ashley for helping to make my birthday away a memorable one! Will be back for sure😊
