"This is one of the best hotels in this area. I gave it 4 stars because you can hear the noise from the clubs at night but I still slept (after I went clubbing- some clubs are walking distance). The hotel is near restaurants, clubs, la letras de mazatlan, & other tourist sites- some walkable & others about a 5min drive. The Oxxo is across the street & there’s a Starbucks inside the hotel lobby. For an extra fee, you can get access to their breakfast buffet, which is pretty good. I felt safe...

"This is my second time coming back. The property is clean and I enjoy the pool. They have wait staff around the pool where you can order drinks or food. The staff is attentive and nice. They have activities on property to keep you entertained. They have a vacation club and as any salesperson would they insist on doing a presentation. I skipped it. Overall I was pleased with the experience for the price. If I come back to mazatlan for a third time. I might try to experience something else but...

Berenice, Rodolfo, Nelson, nacho, Daniel, Gerardo, Fidel, Sergio, room keeping and a few more staff that I can’t remember their names at the moment but everyone went out of their way to make sure we were taken care off like if we were their family. I would definitely recommend future guests to stay at El CID Moro. "
