There are a lot of small Latino markets and restaurants in the area and while it's in the city, it's not an overly noisy area.The only downside that there was no remote for the living room TV. "Place was comfy, spacious and quiet. There are 2 living area for you to kickback, enjoy and watch some TV. My partner and I enjoyed our stay. There's plenty of parking space on the property and off street parking. Only couple minutes from downtown Providence, which made it supper easy for us to go visit. Only downside was the place didn't have any towels or towel hangers for when you're done taking a shower. Luckily for us, we always travel with our own towels. Since, it's a new listing, maybe...

"This property was exactly what I was looking for - a one bedroom place where I could stay close enough to the middle of Providence. Appliances were updated, the rooms were clean, and communication with the property manager was easy. I would recommend this property to those traveling alone or with a partner and want to stay within or close to Providence"

"The property was ok. You are on the 3rd floor and there are only stairs. We didn’t mind, but renters should know. The apartment only had 2 towels. No wash cloths, no hand towel, and no kitchen towel. I asked for more towels and only got 2 more bath towels which we made work. The coffee maker was duct taped. It is very simple and met our needs. "
